On this day, exactly 30 years ago, Kwanjangnim Jason, Sabumnim Matt, and Kwanjangnim Richard tested for Temporary Dan Black Belt in the Omega Karate System. My life has been forever changed because of the decision to "BE" a martial artist. What a journey!!

President’s Day Classes

Little Dragons - we will be having regular class today. Youth Martial Arts - On holidays we generally have low numbers attend, so we will be having ONE combined Youth Martial Arts class from 4 - 5 PM. If you normally attend the 5 - 6 or 6 - 7 PM classes, please come to the 4 - 5 PM class for tonight only. Please make sure to bring your sparring gear too (if you have it).

For those who are aware, one of our amazing instructors, Sab. Catherine McNeece, was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer last month. We are working hard to make sure she feels love from the Omega family. There has been a push to set up a collection of donated funds, and/or letters of love and encouragement for her. If you are interested in donating any funds please see Kwan. Richard or Chung. Sarah at the studio. If you would like to send give her a letter, you can turn those in at the office too. Anything helps.

Post-Holiday Classes Start Today

1. Our regular class schedule will start back up today. Regular Kid Kicker and Adult Martial Art classes will be held, as well as Black Belt class. I look forward to seeing all of you. 2. Just a reminder that if your son or daughter is a solid Yellow Belt and usually attends the Youth Low Belt class from 4 - 5 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays, we are now asking you to bring them to the 5 - 6 PM (Intermediate Rank) class on the same days.

1. 2016 OMEGA Christmas Party will be held Tuesday night, December 20th from 6 - 8 PM. Please wear casual clothing or dress up in a funny Christmas sweater (no martial art uniforms). No Classes November 23-26. 2016 Happy Turkey Day! Many people have asked me about our Omega flannel marital art pants for Christmas. I am putting together another order this year for them. I have attached a picture of a pair of them in pink. I can order all Youth and Adult sizes and in the following colors: black, blue, green, red, and pink.
