He is our OTF 10th DAN Grandmaster and is also a leader in Tai Chi and loves to practice and teach this wonderful art. This new index is to help people with their social gatherings. Dear Omega Family: Yesterday the Utah County Health Department issued a mask mandate for all of Utah County. As I read the mandate there is a mask exemption that says "that if you are participating in a physical and/or strenuous activity, then you do not need to wear a mask while participating in this activity." It has been a few weeks since Governor Herbert modified the state to "Yellow" or Low-Risk Phase. During the Moderate-Risk Phase, we have been practicing in-studio with ultra-low class sizes and class times. Because our students and instructors have continued to use safe and responsible distancing and sanitizing, we are modifying classes again slightly beginning June 1. The new schedule looks similar to what you are used to at Omega, but the classes will remain between 10-30 people (including all instructors), with most classes at 15 or fewer.
