OVERVIEW – TWO SUMMER CAMP WEEKS:

Each year of the 16 monthly classes in June and July, we take 8 classes and combine them into 4 classes, with roughly double the class time.  Monthly tuition remains the same, because class time remains the same. These jumbo “camp” style classes allow for extra training, fun, workouts and specialization time.

Q: When is it?

A: The Summer Camp will begin Monday, June 19th and go through Saturday, July 1st.

The Little Dragons, Kid Kickers, and Youth Martial Art Programs will all be held in the mornings, starting each day at 10:00 AM, (Youth Martial Arts starts at 11:30 AM).

The Adult Martial Art classes and Black Belt classes will be held in the evening, starting at 5:30 PM.

Q: Why does summer training change?

A: Three important reasons:

  1. These jumbo “camp” style classes allow for extra training, fun, workouts, seminars and the special 4-8 year old tournament on the last day of the camp.
  2. Black Belt Testing is the culmination of your journey here at Omega! There are a lot of moving parts required to make this week happen, not to mention a bit of extra time black belt candidates need to focus solely on their test. Black Belt week is July 10-15. All students are encouraged to come and watch!
  3. Summer Holiday: We take the last two weeks off in July so that our amazing instructors can have a vacation during the summer.  We will be back to normal classes on Monday, July 31st.

Q: Can I bring a friend?

A: Yes Little Dragons and Kid Kickers “Bring a Friend” Day is Thursday July 6th.  Please let us know if you are bringing a friend, call (801) 491-8542 to register.

Q: What Parades will Omega be in? ALL STUDENTS ARE INVITED TO PARTICIPATE!

A: Saturday June 10th Art City Days Parade (begins at 10AM) AND Saturday, July 22 Mapleton Pioneer Day Parade (begins at 9 AM)
