Alpha Self Defense starts next week, plus January Teamwork challenge due
Dear Parents and Students: A few announcements to pay attention to: 1. Next week (Jan 29 - Feb 1) will be OMEGA Sparring Week. Please bring gear to your classes (if you have it. If not, no problem). 2. For those of you that are interested, we are doing another 5 week session of our Alpha Self Defense Program, starting next Wednesday, January 31, from 7-8 PMish.
