Many of you have asked when the next Alpha Women’s Self Defense session will be. We are offering a beginner 4 week course this month in February. The classes will be held from 7:30 – 8:30 PM each Thursday in February.
This class is for any and all women from ages 13 and up to adult. The price is $100 for the 4 sessions. There is a $10 discount for additional family members that attend together.
